“Mud Cracks” is a sound/radio work by Lucrecia Dalt and Henry Andersen which fuses ancestral imaginary legends of Oliveira de Frades with a post-apocalyptic future resulting from technological advances. In this process, the very concept of time changes, generating anxieties and doubts and jeopardizing the flow of history of places.

Henry Andersen (b. 1992) is a young composer, sound and visual australian artist, who for a few years has lived in Europe. Since then, he has been developing a dense artistic portfolio on the frontiers between poetry and irony, through the deconstruction of traditional canones of contemporary art and classical music.

Lucrecia Dalt dived, full-time, in the music field after working as a civil engineer in Colômbia. Although Dalt took over a more technical profile, she has always try to balance her acute mind of a methodical thinker with a romantics artists heart, gradually looking for ways to createmental states through sound.
