Presentation of artistic projects by Mila Panić (Bosnia-Herzegovina), Christina Tsantekidou (Greece) & Daniel Lercher (Austria).

Screening of short films “Água Mole” by Laura Gonçalves and Alexandra Ramires and “Misericórdia” by Gonçalo Loureiro.

Organised by Binaural Nodar with the support of the Municipality of Vouzela, the civil parish union of Cambra and Carvalhal de Vermilhas and the Carvalhal de Vermilhas Recreational and Cultural Association.

Following the first artist residency of “The singing of springs” cycle of artist residencies, the theme of which is the ancestral relationship between rural communities and vernacular forms of water management, an artistic and community event will be held in the village of Vermilhas (Vouzela) to present the artistic projects created over the last two weeks by Mila Panić, Christina Tsantekidou and Daniel Lercher, including three sound installations, a collective performance action and a photographic installation.

This event will feature a partnership with the Cine Clube de Viseu, materialised in the screening of two short films that relate to the theme of the artist residency: “Água Mole”, an animated short by Laura Gonçalves and Alexandra Ramires and “Misericórdia”, a fiction short by Gonçalo Loureiro, filmed in the municipalities of Vouzela and Oliveira de Frades.
