Exhibition SILENCE? at Museum of Aveiro includes works developed at an artist residency with Binaural Nodar

Binaural Nodar is pleased to promote, as a partner of the Master of Contemporary Artistic Creation at the University of Aveiro, the exhibition “SILÊNCIO?” (“SILENCE?”) of the students of that master’s degree, which will be open from the 29th of October at the Aveiro Museum – Santa Joana.

The exhibition presents a set of works that articulate artistic experimentation in various formats and media that are the result of the crossing of technical resources and differentiated artistic expressions, but that still allow us to question the meaning of artistic creation in contemporary times, stimulating a reflection about resilience of social and cultural processes in art. Part of the exhibited works result from an artist residency hosted by Binaural Nodar in the village of Candal (municipality of São Pedro do Sul) in April 2019.

The exhibition SILENCE? will be open to the public at the Aveiro Museum – Santa Joana from 29 October to 8 November, from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10.00-12.30h to 13.30-18.00h. The inauguration will take place on October 29 at 18:00.
