This film is a simple tribute to the Caramulan people of Campia, parish of the municipality of Vouzela, where rye continues to be sown, a very resistant cereal that does not need irrigation, adapting well to the demanding climate oh these highlands.
The film was made in close collaboration with the Associação Grupo Carnavalesco de Campia, the Parish Council of Campia, the Municipality of Vouzela and Quinta da Capela in Campia, having associated the future dissemination of a set of video documents cataloged and integrated in the Binaural Nodar Digital Archive, a repository of the intangible heritage of Viseu Dão Lafões region, currently with about 750 sound and video documents.
