At Centro Cultural Casa do Povo located in the welcoming village of Santa Cruz da Trapa (São Pedro do Sul), with the spring sunshine filling the soul, took place on April 30, 2016 the final session of “Playing the Rural Landscape“, an artist residency organized by Binaural/Nodar and integrated in SOCCOS European project.
Maciej Kierzkowski and Jarosław Urbański from Poland, Frederik Croene from Belgium, Lilia Mestre from Portugal and Ryoko Akama from Japan presented their artistic projects to the local population in a distended fraternization and simple environment, away from the pompous and sophisticated scenarios so common in today’s art world.
