Binaural/Nodar presents on 23 and 24 May 2015, as part of the 2nd Veal of Lafões Feast in Manhouce, an audiovisual installation comprised of 4 audio channels and a video channel intitled “[Re]expressing the cultural heritage of Manhouce” created by Luis Costa and that is a sound and visual poetic construction based on ethnographic collections made by Binaural/Nodar between 2007 and 2014 in the civil parish of Manhouce (São Pedro do Sul, Portugal).
This installation is part of Binaural/Nodar’s participation in the Tramontana, an European network of memory archives from rural mountain areas, co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union.
