Binaural/Nodar launches a donations campaign to support the continuity of our territorial documentation and publishing activities, in a particularly difficult context in Portugal. We continue to believe in the merits of our ongoing work in a rural mountain area (Gralheira mountain range, São Pedro do Sul, Portugal), crossing sound and media artistic creation, territorial documentation and multidisciplinary reflection, always trying to tread unknown paths, continuing with persistence, humility and closeness to put our good rural people in direct contact with those who visit us and with those who we host in our region.
As a thank you, the amount of donations equal or higher than 10 Euros will be entitled to a unique link to download two editions of sound artist Rui Costa (member of the board of Binaural/Nodar) published by Edições Nodar: Early Electronic Music (1998-2002) and Early Field Recordings (2001-2003), totaling 108 tracks and over 8 1/2 hours of challenging sounds. The link will be emailed upon confirmation of the donation.
A sincere thank you to those who are willing to collaborate in this donations campaign and Happy Holidays to everyone.
The Binaural/Nodar board,
