Binaural Nodar is in Cluj, Romania for the third meeting of the European network “Beyond Formal Cities”, dedicated to memories of informal neighborhoods, a project funded by the Creative Europe Program.
Today, 4/12, Binaural Nodar will present at Babej Boyai University in Cluj a presentation of the sound and visual creative work currently being developed in partnership with the Castro Daire Municipal Library with communities from Castro Daire who lived in informal neighborhoods in the eastern area of Lisbon.
