Context: The Portuguese football team Sport Lisboa e Benfica won the Championship on May 9th, 2010. Everywhere around the country, this event was celebrated. The city of Oliveira do Hospital was not an exception. The Benfica fans went to the streets and enthusiastically showed their devotion to the club. The Rotunda do Cavaleiro was, once again, the chosen stage for the festivities, which lasted for several hours, with some excesses typical of this sort of moments: firecrackers were launched, car horns were honking and people were totally euphoric, chanting, shouting and playing vuvuzelas. This part of the city was transformed into an enormous red-colored stadium, where hundreds of people enthusiastically played. This sound piece reflects this popular game and its various dynamics.
