Ignaz Schick is a sound artist, turntablist, performer and composer. He was born in the German region of Bavaria and, since 1995, lives and works in Berlin, where he has become an active force of the so-called “Berlin Nouvelle Vague” and of the blooming of the “real-time” music scene in that city.
Ignaz Schick is an artist-in-residency during the month of October at Binaural/Nodar’s Artist Residency Center of Nodar, where he is developing a project interacting with the River Paiva, as part of Paivascapes #1 event.
